About Steve
Steve is focused on helping businesses realize their growth potential – and then some.
This has always been the case, whether he was working with a Fortune 100 Telecom company or consulting to an early-stage business. You may hear Steve mention that he has “always owned a number” because throughout his career he has been responsible for meeting/exceeding revenue and profitability objectives. This started his first day with BellSouth/AT&T and it has been the case ever since. There is a certain intensity that goes with the responsibility and accountability for delivering results. Steve brings this intensity to his work every day.
Steve founded The Franklin Street Group specifically to help early-stage companies navigate growth and realize their potential. The perspective that Steve brings to his consulting work comes from a foundation of functional experience in Operations, Marketing, Strategic Management, and Finance. He tailors his advisory approach to align with the goals of his clients, and measures success based only on the success of his clients.
Steve earned an M.B.A. with a concentration in Finance from Boston College. His career has evolved through leadership roles with BellSouth/AT&T, Kantar, and The Franklin Street Group. He views each day as an opportunity to create new value through his work and the relationships he develops.
